Hoffman Early Learning Center is searching for an Early Childhood Music Teacher for the 2018-2019 school year. The Early Childhood Music Teacher will be responsible for maintaining a loving, kind, rigorous, and joyful learning environment for children and families. Goals:

The goal for an Early Childhood Music Teacher is that 80% or more of students will be able to identify, read, play, and sing patterns using the extended pentatonic scale tones.

Responsibilities:

Design classroom instruction using research-based strategies

Develop curriculum using principles of backwards design

Execute research-based programs according to best practices

Frequently analyze results from multiple sources to drive instruction

Maintain school culture of high behavioral expectations

Maintain frequent communication with student families
